Report illegal content
Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Notice channel
You can report content you believe is illegal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Illegal content notice.” This is Verxion’s electronic notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
2. Required information
Please provide sufficiently precise information:
- A reasoned explanation of why you consider the content illegal.
- The exact URL and, where needed, additional information that allows the content to be located.
- Your name and email address, except for notices concerning offences covered by Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU.
- A good-faith statement that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.
- Where relevant, documents showing ownership of the right or authority to act.
Do not send more personal data than necessary. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or the competent authorities.
3. Handling notices
Verxion will acknowledge receipt and review the notice diligently, objectively, and without arbitrariness. It may request clarification when the content cannot be located or the allegation cannot be assessed adequately.
If Verxion restricts, delists, or removes content, suspends an account, or decides not to act, it will provide affected parties with an appropriate statement of reasons when required by law, including available redress options. Decisions are not based exclusively on automated means.
4. Review of a decision
The notifier and affected user may request review by emailing [email protected], identifying the decision and explaining the grounds for challenge. Verxion will review the request proportionately, without prejudice to any right to use a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body or the courts where applicable.
5. Misuse
Manifestly unfounded and repeated notices or challenges may lead to proportionate restrictions, following a prior warning where appropriate. No restriction will be imposed merely because a reasonable, good-faith notice is ultimately unsuccessful.
