3. MCP use and third-party AI clients

When you connect Verxion to any MCP-compatible client (non-exhaustive examples: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, OpenCode, Cline, custom agents, etc.), you authorize Verxion to authenticate the request, enforce scopes and permissions, and share or mutate data within the granted scope. 5. Coaching, profiles, and shared data

Verxion may enable public profiles, social relationships, coaching invitations, coach-client monitoring, notes, and assigned content. If you enable these features, some data may become visible to followers, coaches, clients, or other permitted users according to your settings, active relationship, and authorized scopes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Verxion for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, bypass scopes or security controls, share tokens with unauthorized third parties, scrape abusively, introduce malware, interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, or infringe third-party rights.

7. Intellectual property and content

Verxion, its software, brand, documentation, design, interfaces, widgets, proprietary prompts, text, and graphics belong to Verxion or its licensors. You keep any rights you have in content you submit, while authorizing processing as needed to provide the service.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

The service is provided according to availability. Verxion may modify, suspend, or withdraw features, especially during beta. We may suspend or close accounts for breach, security risk, abuse, legal obligation, or use incompatible with these Terms.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verxion is not liable for interruptions, third-party failures, misuse, user decisions, or reliance on third-party LLM responses. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
