- Operator and service provider: Roberto Diaz, a self-employed sole trader established in Spain.
- Trade name / product: Verxion.
- Spanish tax ID (NIF): 71655922C.
- Professional address: Calle Vázquez de Mella 75, 33012 Oviedo, Asturias, Spain.

- Main domain: https://verxion.ai.
The current activity does not require prior administrative authorisation or mandatory membership of a regulated professional body. Mandatory commercial-register information does not apply because the operator acts as an individual sole trader.
2. Digital Services Act contact points
[email protected] is Verxion’s single electronic contact point for authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and service recipients under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Communications are accepted in English and Spanish.
Notices about allegedly illegal content must follow the Notice-and-action procedure. This channel does not replace emergency services or official law-enforcement reporting channels.
3. Purpose and scope
Verxion is software for training, nutrition, progress tracking, and AI-assisted workflows. It may include a public website, documentation, web and mobile applications, an API, widgets, MCP servers, connected apps, social profiles, and coaching features.
Use of the product is also governed by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any purchase-specific terms shown before checkout.
Where a page refers to a price, the total amount, included taxes, billing period, renewal terms, and any additional applicable costs will be shown clearly before the user becomes bound to pay.
4. Website use
Users must use the website and service lawfully, diligently, and in good faith. They must not undermine security or availability, circumvent controls, access accounts or data without authorisation, introduce malware, scrape abusively, or infringe third-party rights.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Verxion’s software, brand, designs, text, documentation, interfaces, widgets, graphics, and other proprietary elements belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Use of the service does not transfer intellectual- or industrial-property rights.
Third-party names, brands, and content belong to their respective owners. Users retain any rights they have in submitted content, subject to the limited licences described in the Terms and Conditions.
6. Third-party links, integrations, and content
The website may link to or integrate authentication, infrastructure, email, analytics, food-data, video, AI-model, and MCP-client providers. Verxion does not control third-party sites or products, which remain subject to their own terms and policies.
A link does not imply endorsement of all destination content. If you identify an illegal link or item, use the notice-and-action procedure.
7. Availability and liability
Verxion takes reasonable steps to keep information and the service available, current, and secure, but interruptions, maintenance, errors, and changes may occur. Liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not affect mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Verxion is not responsible for the internal operation, memory, moderation, retention, or outputs of an MCP client or AI provider selected by the user. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before acting on them.
8. Informational nature; no healthcare service
Verxion is not a medical, healthcare, or emergency service. Its training, nutrition, body-composition, and AI-assisted features are informational and do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from qualified professionals.
9. Governing law
This Notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory protections available to consumers in other countries. For legal or support questions, email [email protected].
