— About

Built in Oviedo, Spain.

Verxion is built by Roberto Díaz — strength-trained, evidence-driven, frustrated with fitness apps that don't talk to the AI he uses every day.

Verxion started as a private logbook in 2025. The thesis was simple: every serious athlete already talks to an AI assistant several times a day to plan workouts, debug nutrition, or sanity-check programming decisions. The friction wasn't the conversation — it was the gap between that conversation and the actual data being collected somewhere else.

So instead of building another mobile app with a logger screen and yet another barcode scanner, Verxion is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Your AI agent — ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or anything else that speaks MCP — reads and writes a single source of truth. Same database, same recipes, same OAuth-protected scopes.

Who builds Verxion

Roberto Díaz is the founder. Long-time strength athlete (powerlifting roots, currently focused on hybrid programming), evidence-driven about volume, intensity and recovery, allergic to apps that ask him to retype what an AI already knows. Based in Oviedo, Spain.

Where the work happens

Verxion is a public beta. The platform is GDPR-aligned, hosted in the EU, with a data controller in Oviedo. Full data export is available, OAuth scopes are revocable per-integration, and there's no app to install — your AI is the interface.

The cookbook (/cookbook) is the public surface of what the agent can do. Pick a recipe, copy the prompt, paste it to your agent.
