Is my data private?
Yes. Verxion is GDPR-aligned and EU-hosted. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). You can export every byte of your account on demand and delete the account permanently from your settings. Verxion does not sell data, does not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels, and does not feed your logbook into AI training pipelines. OAuth scopes are per-integration and revocable at any time — disconnect ChatGPT or Claude and that token can no longer access your data. The data controller is located in Oviedo, Spain.
What does my AI provider see?
Your AI provider (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude, etc.) sees the messages you send and the results of the MCP tool calls your agent makes. They do not have direct access to your Verxion database — every action goes through Verxion's OAuth-protected MCP server and the underlying data lives on EU servers. What gets sent to the AI provider is essentially the same as any other ChatGPT or Claude conversation: your prompt, the tool's response, and the answer the model generates. In Native Voice Coach, OpenAI also receives the audio directly from your device; the delegated agent provider receives the context and tool results needed for the task. Verxion stores transcripts and task results, but not audio. Provider processing and retention follow their applicable terms and settings.
Why beta?
Verxion is in open public beta, indefinitely by design. The product is functional and stable enough to use daily, but I (Roberto, the founder) want to ship real user feedback into it before calling anything a v1. The beta is free, fully featured, and your data carries over to GA. Everyone who uses Verxion during the open beta is eligible for the founder price when paid plans launch; once subscribed, that rate stays locked while the subscription remains active.
Will my data survive when paid plans launch?
Yes. Beta accounts keep their data, history and account identity at GA. There is no migration. You won't be asked to re-onboard. The transition to paid plans is a billing change, not a product reset.
Which AIs work today?
ChatGPT (as a manually added custom app in developer mode), Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and compatible MCP clients over Streamable HTTP. Availability and write support depend on the client and plan. Verxion is not yet listed in the ChatGPT app directory; the manual connection works independently of that submission. Custom MCP clients can discover Verxion through the well-known manifests at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource.
Does voice work for logging between sets?
Voice or dictation can send requests through a compatible external MCP client; tool support depends on the client and mode. Verxion Native also has experimental Voice Coach for enabled accounts, with or without an active workout. It can query your history and record today’s meals or water through the agent. Set logging is enabled separately: if unavailable, use the workout screen. When enabled, it supports regular sets and corrections to sets recorded in that same call; use the app for advanced sets. Native needs an OpenAI voice API key plus the configured agent provider, with separate API usage. Transcripts and task results stay in the chat. Hanging up does not undo a saved change.
Can I use Verxion from my phone today?
Yes. The ChatGPT mobile app, the Claude mobile app, and the Verxion web app (app.verxion.ai) all work on phones. Voice and text from your phone. The native iOS app is currently in private beta and will be available soon on the App Store — follow the X account for shipping updates.
What's on the roadmap?
Short term: release the native iOS app, currently in private beta, on the App Store; keep building it in public; open the API for members who want to build their own clients; expand wearable sync beyond Apple Health; and add paid tiers when they're worth shipping. Today, you can already paste a Strava or Whoop export into your AI and it will log the cardio sessions for you via the existing tools. Follow @_verxion_ on X for the live roadmap.
How do I report bugs or send feedback?
Email [email protected] with what broke, what's missing, or what's confusing. You can also send a DM to @_verxion_ on X. Every report is read, but the public beta does not promise a fixed response time.
