Common questions.

The canonical answers to questions people ask before signing up. Long form — short form lives on the home page.

Is my data private?

Yes. Verxion is GDPR-aligned and EU-hosted. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). You can export every byte of your account on demand and delete the account permanently from your settings. Verxion does not sell data, does not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels, and does not feed your logbook into AI training pipelines. OAuth scopes are per-integration and revocable at any time — disconnect ChatGPT or Claude and that token can no longer access your data. The data controller is located in Oviedo, Spain.

What does my AI provider see?

Your AI provider (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude, etc.) sees the messages you send and the results of the MCP tool calls your agent makes. They do not have direct access to your Verxion database — every action goes through Verxion's OAuth-protected MCP server and the underlying data lives on EU servers. What gets sent to the AI provider is essentially the same as any other ChatGPT or Claude conversation: your prompt, the tool's response, and the answer the model generates. You decide what's shared by what you ask.

Why beta?

Verxion is in open public beta, indefinitely by design. The product is functional and stable enough to use daily, but I (Roberto, the founder) want to ship real user feedback into it before calling anything a v1. The beta is free, fully featured, and your data carries over to GA. Beta users will be offered a meaningful, time-bound launch discount when paid plans land — and there will be ample notice before billing begins.

Will my data survive when paid plans launch?

Yes. Beta accounts keep their data, history and account identity at GA. There is no migration. You won't be asked to re-onboard. The transition to paid plans is a billing change, not a product reset.

Which AIs work today?

ChatGPT (via the official verxion MCP app, with interactive widgets and voice mode), Claude Desktop (macOS, Windows), Claude Code (CLI), Cursor, and any MCP-compatible AI client that speaks HTTP/SSE. Verxion follows the standard Model Context Protocol so support for a new client is usually a matter of pasting a config token. Custom MCP clients can also discover Verxion through the well-known manifests at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource.

Does voice work for logging between sets?

Yes. Voice logging happens through your AI client's voice mode — ChatGPT voice, Claude voice — not through a Verxion-specific feature. You say "logged bench press 100 kilos by 8 at RPE 8" while resting between sets, the AI client transcribes, calls the Verxion tool, the set is captured. Tap-free, hands-free, mid-set. Works equally well in the gym with headphones.

Can I use Verxion from my phone today?

Yes. The ChatGPT mobile app, the Claude mobile app, and the Verxion web app (app.verxion.ai) all work on phones. Voice and text from your phone. A native open-source mobile app is on the roadmap — follow the X account for shipping updates.

What's on the roadmap?

Short term: native open-source mobile app (built in public), open API for members who want to build their own clients, wearable sync (Strava, Whoop, Apple Health), and paid tiers when they're worth shipping. Today: you can already paste a Strava or Whoop export into your AI and it will log the cardio sessions for you via the existing tools. Follow @_verxion_ on X for the live roadmap.

How do I report bugs or send feedback?

Two ways: DM @_verxion_ on X with what broke, what's missing, or what's confusing — that's the fastest channel. Or email [email protected]. Every report shapes what ships next; the beta only works if you tell me what's wrong.
