Training, nutrition, body.

Every domain a serious athlete needs, in the same logbook. Your AI agent reads and writes through MCP; you can also use the browser app at app.verxion.ai.

Training

Routines are your weekly training plan — exercises per day, target sets, reps, weight, RPE and rest periods. You can describe a routine in one sentence ("4-day PPL + upper, barbell-focused") and the agent assembles it, or you can import one from a screenshot or another app.

Sessions are how you actually train. Each session is started from a routine day, set logs record what you performed (weight, reps, RPE, notes), and the agent handles the bookkeeping — units, advanced set types, partial reps, drops.

Verxion natively supports advanced sets: drop sets, supersets, giant sets, pyramids, rest-pause, AMRAP. Mesocycles wrap multi-week training blocks for periodization (hypertrophy → strength → peaking, with deload weeks). Personal records are detected automatically.

Nutrition

Diet plans define daily macros (kcal, protein, carbs, fat) and meals. Meal logs record what you actually ate — log from your plan in one tap, search the OpenFoodFacts database, scan barcodes, create custom foods, build recipes.

Supplements and water intake have their own per-entry logs. Diet-plan adherence is computed against the plan's targets so you can spot drift early.

Analytics

Progress timelines, personal records, training execution scores, multi-metric nutrition adherence (macros, coverage, discipline, logging), coaching decisions (AI suggestions for volume/intensity/nutrition adjustments), contribution grids (training heatmaps), macro trends, recovery readiness.

Analytics are conversational. Ask your agent for "the weekly recap" or "compare this mesocycle to last", and you get a direct answer — not a chart you have to interpret.

Social

Athlete profiles (public or private, with showcase metrics), follow system (with approval), activity feed for completions and PRs, and coach-athlete relationships with scope-limited access for coaches.
