Body measurements
Track weight, perimeters, and physique change over time.
verxion tracks the data that quantifies physique change — weight, perimeters (chest, waist, arm, etc.), and the trend of each over time.
Weight
The most frequent measurement.
"Logged 82.4 kilos this morning"
"Weight 81.8"
"What's my weight trend over 30 days?"
verxion captures the value, time, and (optionally) a note. Trends smooth out daily fluctuation — a single day’s number is noise; the rolling average is signal.

Correcting a weight log
"That weight was 82.1, not 82.4"
"Delete yesterday's weight log — I weighed wet"

Perimeters
Track body part measurements with whatever cadence you keep — weekly is common.
"Logged arm 38.5 cm, waist 81, chest 102"
"Just measurements: waist 80"
verxion stores each measurement separately and trends them independently.

Athlete profile
The baseline data about you — height, biological sex, training experience, goals. Set once, update when something material changes (goal shift, training history reset).
"Update my goal to body recomposition"
"I've been lifting for 8 years, set my experience to advanced"
The athlete profile shapes how verxion proposes plans, interprets RPE, and computes calorie targets.

Reminders
Want to be nudged to weigh in, or measure once a week?
"Remind me to weigh in every morning"
"Set a measurement reminder for Sunday mornings"
Reminders fire as part of your daily check-in prompts.
