Tracking progress
See trends, personal records, volume, and adherence across your sessions over time.
Progress in verxion is captured automatically as you train. Every set log feeds the trend engine — there’s no separate “logging progress” step.
What gets tracked
- Volume per muscle group — total kg moved per week, broken down by target muscle
- Personal records — top weight per exercise, with date and session
- Adherence — how often you hit your planned sets vs skipped
- Execution score — RPE, RIR, and rest-time signals rolled into a single number per session
- Streaks — consecutive training days and weeks
Ask your agent
Once you have a few sessions logged, try:
"How's my chest volume this week vs last?"
"What's my bench PR?"
"Show me my last 4 squat sessions."
"How am I trending on adherence this month?"
verxion picks the right analytics tools automatically and renders charts or summary cards when the data benefits from a visual.
Monthly snapshots
On the 1st of each month, verxion generates a consolidated snapshot of the previous month — total volume, PR count, adherence, deltas vs the month before, and an AI-generated narrative of what changed. You can also ask for quarter or year summaries any time.
